Admissions Update Form: Valid ONLY for students who applied for admission in a specific term, did not or will not enroll, and now plan to enroll in a future term. The application fee is valid for one year from the original term of admission. All continuing students who have not enrolled for over one school year must apply for re-admission. Before re-registering for classes, students who have been out of school should contact their major department or a University academic advisor.
